BALLOON REMOVAL:
Clients are responsible for the breakdown and removal of their balloons at their event/venue. However, if your display includes one of our backdrops or rentals, we will discard. Clients are always welcome to take the balloons home with them after their event!
*A $50 late night removal fee of rentals is applied if event end time is past 10pm*
HOW LONG WILL THE BALLOONS LAST?
Confetti Wish uses only the highest quality of balloons on the market!
However, there are circumstances beyond our control that can sometimes affect balloon longevity. Wind, fluctuation temps, high heat, direct sunlight, pets, children, floral add-ins, etc. can potentially compromise our displays. We encourage clients to have their displays installed indoors. If you are looking for an outdoor display, we prefer a shaded area and out of direct sunlight.
WHAT IS BALLOON OXIDATION?
Oxidation can give shiny, vibrant balloons a dull, even dusty appearance. Exposure to light, heat, and oxygen accelerates oxidation. Customers like to refer to this as “the matte look”.
ORDER NOTIFICATION:
Because we are a small/part-time business, we book up fast and several weeks in advance. We will do our best to fit you into our schedule, but last minute orders that are a week out or shorter could be subject to a “rush order” fee. We might not always have the colors you are requesting in stock.
"GRAB & GO" GARLANDS:
We offer a “Grab & Go” option where you can pick up your balloons at a discounted rate! We charge $13 per foot of latex balloons (specialty balloons such as foils/numbers etc. are $10 extra). We are a home-based business, located on the west side of St.Charles. We ask that you come with an SUV/minivan/crossover vehicle, seats down and empty. We will show you how to hang the garland and provide materials.
